Most stock items ship within 24 hours. Your Customer Service Representative will confirm the shipping schedule upon ordering.
If a product is out of stock, we will notify you with the estimated ship date and update you if anything changes.

Gases are shipped according to all regulations. Non-reusable cylinders are charged at cost. Returnable cylinders require a deposit. Please contact Customer Service for an RMA before returning any cylinders.
Contact Customer Service for authorization and return instructions. Returns may incur a restocking fee. Notify us within 7 days of receipt for any issues.
All orders are shipped FCA shipping point. Charges vary by destination, weight, and content. Special packaging may be required for hazardous chemicals. We use FedEx, UPS, and other major carriers. We reserve the right to modify the shipping method if necessary for safety or compliance.
Minimum order: $500
Orders are shipped via FedEx Air (FCA shipping point). Charges and hazmat fees are billed to your FedEx account. Let us know if this is not acceptable.
For door-to-door, all charges billed to FedEx account. For door-to-airport, buyer must arrange customs clearance with an IATA-approved agent.
